JSR’s Metals and Specialty Metals Division fabricated and installed over 2,100 ft of stainless steel guardrails and handrails with various infills including wire mesh panels and clear tempered glass within various stairwells and along commons areas, atriums, and balconies. Matching stairwell safety gates were fabricated to match the railings. JSR also fabricated 500 ft of steel posts for reclaimed wood benches.

Exterior work included the use of stainless steel or carbon steel for the fabrication and installation of additional guardrails and handrails. Over 30 tons of structural steel was used to fabricate and install structural roof supports for a pair of new air handling units. JSR utilized a 250 ton crane to hoist the steel to the roof.
