Bldg. 367 Renovate Resiliency Center

As the prime contractor, JSR provided design-build services to renovate Building 367 into a Resiliency Center for Fort Sam Houston, TX. The renovation consisted of demolishing the interior of the building including MEP’s, fire alarm, fire suppression, flooring, ceilings, walls, roofing membrane, roof decking and the removal of asbestos containing materials. New construction efforts consist of a new roofing system, building/wall layout, HVAC including 4 new AHU’s, electrical, plumbing, flooring, data/com, ceiling system, demountable partition walls, break room area, kitchen, doors & hardware, finishes, and fire alarm & suppression system.
